  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders.
  • If any shipping charges apply, they will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most serviceable locations across India.

If COD is unavailable for your PIN code, you will be notified during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details via Email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number, and PIN code are accurate before placing your order.

Intern Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
